BGM Enterprises was founded in Sri Lanka in 1965 by Arron's father. For nearly four decades it stood as a mark of integrity, craft, and community in Kaluthara. The initials BGM carry that history into everything the group builds today.

Arron Kulasooriya established UCBuild Group in Australia, bringing that same founding discipline to construction, manufacturing, and media. Every entity in the group carries Arron as common director a single thread of accountability across all five verticals.

Sri Lanka is not a satellite office. It is the other anchor. All Sri Lankan subsidiaries sit under BGM Holdings (Pvt) Ltd the SL umbrella. The group operates as one studio family across two countries.
